As a couple who have had a great many nights under the stars, there are many essentials that we would not leave home without, starting with a tent and a flashlight for obvious reasons. Snake bites are not a rarity on camping trips, neither are falls and bruises. You must be well prepared in regards to the experience you have and the equipment you bring along. If you get lost, remember to stay calm, and you will find yourself safe in no time.
Food should be planned depending on the duration of your stay. If you are interested in mountain climbing, it is definitely something people everywhere will tell you is worth pursuing!
